How many people can join?
The Walking Dinner and Walking Lunch take groups of 5 to 80. Delft at its Best is built for 11 or more, Meet the Legends for 10 or more, and The Delft Challenge works for any size, since every team plays in parallel. For large groups we add guides rather than making one group bigger.
Is our programme private?
Yes. Every package is private to your group. You are never combined with other travelers or another company, so the stories, the pace and the stops are set around your team, and colleagues can ask questions and talk freely along the way.
Are the prices including VAT?
Yes. All team building prices on this page are per person, including 21% VAT. The Delft Challenge has a minimum of €555 including 21% VAT per booking, so smaller groups pay that minimum. Each package page shows its full price details, including optional add-ons such as a Delft Blue painting workshop or a beer tasting.
How do we book, and can we pay by invoice?
The Walking Dinner and Walking Lunch can be booked online with instant confirmation. Delft at its Best, Meet the Legends and The Delft Challenge work by reservation request: send us your group size and preferred date and we confirm, usually within a day. Paying by invoice is possible: for the Walking Dinner and Walking Lunch, choose “Request an invoice” in the checkout and we will email you the invoice as soon as possible. For the other packages, say so in your reservation request.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Let us know about any dietary restriction or allergy in your group when you book, as a comment on the booking or in a message to us, and we will arrange it with the restaurants in advance so everyone in your team can enjoy the meal.
In which languages are the programmes available?
The Walking Dinner and Walking Lunch are available in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian. For the other packages, mention your group’s language in your reservation request and we will confirm what is possible for your date.
Can you build a programme around our own wishes?
Yes. Timing and activities can be adjusted within the packages, and the Custom package starts from a blank page: an event, a route built around your company, transfers, or a day that combines Delft with another city. Tell us what you have in mind through our contact page.
